1. What is Social Bookmarks?

The main advantage of social bookmarks is storing bookmarks on the Internet compared with storing them on a PC.

3. What are RSS feeds and how can I use them?

RSS is an abbreviation of "Really Simple Syndication." It's a way for you to see updates from any selected channel in one convenient place so you don't have to visit a lot of channel regularly looking if it has been updated. You can then view them all in your RSS Reader.
Click RSS icon on the page of a channel you like and you'll receive information when the selected channel is updated.

4. Yaika Web Calls, what is it?

This feature allows you to make a video/audio call to any Yaika! registered user. And you don't need to install anything on your computer to use it!

5. How to start a call?

There are two possibilities to start a web call:
1. You can click Call on Top menu.
Web call window will be opened where you can call to any member from your network by clicking “Call” button near an appropriate person.
2. You can set mouse cursor on definite user avatar and click “Call” button on mouse-over area.
Web call window will be opened and call will be started.

6. How can I create a conference?

To create a conference you have to start a web call and after one person accept your call you can invite other persons to take part in the conference. Maximum amount of participants – 5 persons.
And note that any participant can invite a new person (from the own list of network members) to the conference, but also in range of maximum 5 participants.

7. Why voice-mail message appears?

If a person whom you are calling is busy at the moment then you'll see his (her) voice-mail message.
You also can leave a message for this person.
To start a message recording you have to click “Record” button.
To stop recording you should click “Stop” button.
You can preview the message by click “Play” button or rerecord the message by press “Record” button again.
To send this recorded message you should click “Hung up” button (red button). After the message was sent successfully you can call to other online users from your network by click “Call” button near appropriate person.

8. How can I change my voice-mail message?

To change the message of your voice-mail you have to open your account page.
Click Voice-mail tab. Now you can record new video or audio messages for your voice-mail.
To record new message:
- Click Play/Rec tab;
- Click “Record” button to start record;
- Click “Pause” button to pause recording. You can continue this record by click “Record” button again;
- Click “Stop” button to stop record. After you stopped the record you can preview the record by click “Play” button or rerecord the message by click “Record” button;
- After clicking “Save” button your message will be saved and become your active voice-mail message.
To select another message you should click Default messages tab, to select a default message, or My records, to select any previous message created by you. And click “Save” button.

Please note - maximum amount of your messages which you can store is 4 messages. A new message will delete the oldest recorded message.

9. What is Yaika! Messenger?

Yaika! Messenger allows you to call your Yaika! contacts even when you are not logged in Yaika!site. Also other Yaika! members can call you when you are logged in Yaika! Messenger.
You can install Yaika! Messenger from your account page.

10. What is Yaika! Widgets?

Yaka! widgets allow your site visitors or e-mail readers to send a video or voice replay to you. And installation of additional software is not necessary!

11. How can I use Yaka! Web widget?

You have to register on Yaika! site and log in. Click “Get” button banner to open widgets page. Here you should copy a code of appropriate widget and paste this code in page code of your site.
This widget will allow your visitors to leave video or voice messages to you in the easiest way!

12. How can I use Yaka! e-mail widget?

You have to register on Yaika! site and log in. Click “Get” button banner to open widgets page. Here you should copy a code of appropriate widget and paste this code into your e-mail signature.
This widget will allow your e-mail recipients to send video or voice messages to you in the easiest way!
